Epoxy phenolic resin paint

◆Epoxy phenolic resin paint is a high-performance, highly cross-linked two-component anti-corrosive paint. It possesses excellent heat resistance and solvent resistance. Also known as: epoxy phenolic anti-corrosive paint, epoxy phenolic topcoat, epoxy phenolic anti-corrosive coating, epoxy phenolic resin topcoat.

Main characteristics:

◆Strong corrosion resistance: excellent anti-corrosion properties including good water resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, seawater resistance, salt spray resistance, etc.

◆Resistant to crude oil, 200# solvent oil, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, etc.

◆Good resistance to aromatic and aliphatic solvents.

◆Heat resistance: withstands temperatures of 180°C-220°C for extended periods.

◆The paint film has excellent rust prevention, adhesion, acid resistance, alkali resistance, as well as good weather resistance and wet-dry alternation resistance.

◆Mechanical properties: excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and hardness.

Uses:

◆Epoxy phenolic resin paint is suitable for the inner wall lining of storage and processing containers in petrochemical plants, used to resist the erosion of acidic crude oil and water from gas separators at temperatures up to 95°C.

◆For indoor and outdoor surfaces of various light metals and cement structures, epoxy phenolic paint can serve as an anti-corrosive paint for the inner walls of storage tanks and containers holding the following liquids.
